Long Term Care Foundation partners with MaryAnn’s CNA Training School of Nursing for Washington State Adult Family Homes Scholarships.
MaryAnn’s CNA Training School partners with the Long Term Care Foundation Training Institute. The foundation offers resources for caregivers including the costs of CNA certification and Speciality Training for Adult Family Homes.
If your AFH is eligible for the Long Term Care Foundation Scholarships, which is Free Tuition, Free State Board Testing, Free CPR/First Aid, Free NAR/NAC licenses, and all the specialty trainings.
How the Process Works
Step 1:
✔ AHF’s apply for scholarship funding through the Long Term Care Foundation Training Institute

Step 2:
✔ Once funding is confirmed, contact MaryAnn CNA Training School to coordinate enrollment of employee.
Step 3:
✔ Once the AFH employee is enrolled you will come in pick up books and supplies and begin your journey at MaryAnns CNA Training School of Nursing.
