About Dusty’s Place
Dusty is a board certified Gerontology Nurse Specialist that brings professional clinical experience and oversight to long-term care services in the Vancouver and surrounding communities. She also has a Masters in Counseling and is a Registered Nurse Delegator, with a strong understanding of patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and clinical best practice is her speciality. Dusty and her teams leadership reinforces a culture of safety and excellence. She also attended MaryAnn’s CNA Training School of Nursing to which started her medical field journey.

At MaryAnn CNA Training, we believe education and real-world care environments go hand in hand. Dusty served as both a classroom and clinical instructor at MaryAnn’s CNA Training School for five years. She is also one of our RN State Board examiners and continues to serve our school as a Nurse Consultant. Her experience, leadership, and commitment to high standards of care have made a lasting impact on our students and program.

Dusty is a fifth-generation nurse, continuing a family tradition of professional healthcare service. Her great-grandmother, Pearl, was a Nursing Assistant whose dedication and compassion helped inspire the foundation and values of MaryAnn’s CNA Training School.
